Kue Labu Kuning

Bahan:
400 gram labu kuning, dikukus lalu haluskan (aku pake entah berapa, pokoke separo dari labu yang dibeli)
200 gram gula pasir (ga ngitung, tapi aku masukin ada kali 6 sendok)
200 gram tepung beras (beli tepung beras kemasan 250 gram, jadi dikira-kira deh)
50 gram kanji
350 ml santan dari setengah butir kelapa (aku pake Sun Kara 2 biji, trus campur air. Lupa ga beli kelapa parut ^_^)
200 gram labu kuning dipotong dadu
5 mata nangka dipotong-potong (ga pake karena ga nemu)

Cara bikin:
1. Campur labu halus+gula+tepung beras+kanji+santan sampe rata en ga bergrindil-grindil
2. Masukin labu kuning dadu
3. Tuang ke loyang yang udah dioles margarin
4. Kukus 20 menit, lalu taburin nangka
5. Kukus lagi 20 menit (aku kukus 30 menit sembari ditinggal nyikat kamar mandi he he he)

sementara suamiku gak suka santan jadi a bikin 2 adonan... coba deh buat kudapan sore-sore..
